North, Central and South Croydon South West London Integrated Care Board (SWL ICB) - Croydon Place is inviting providers, voluntary and community sector organisations, social enterprises, primary care partners and other interested organisations to submit a Tender for Croydon Neighbourhood Health Community Prevention and Empowerment Programme. The programme represents a significant transition to integrated, locality-based neighbourhood health prevention and empowerment services aligned to population health need and the Neighbourhood Health model. This is a single procurement exercise comprising three separate locality-based lots. The tender is split into the following 3 Lots: Lot 1 - SWL North Croydon Healthy Lifestyle Behaviours Service Lot 2 - SWL Central Croydon Prevention, Access and Health Equity Service Lot 3 - SWL South Croydon Weight Management, Independence & Wellbeing Service Providers may submit a tender for one, two, or all three Lots. Where a Provider submits tenders for more than one Lot, each tender will be evaluated separately in accordance with the published Bid Evaluation Criteria and Weightings (Document 3) for the respective lots. Providers will be considered for award on each individual Lot solely on the score achieved for that Lot. Please note, there is no cap on the number of Lots a single Provider can be awarded. Integrated Young People's Substance Misuse and Sexual Health Service

London Borough of Lewisham

The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking to commission an integrated Substance Misuse and Sexual Health Service for children and young people aged 10-25. The Service will deliver information, advice and early, preventative interventions relating to substance misuse and sexual and reproductive health, including brief educational and psychosocial support. Where needs are identified, the Service will also provide specialist, structured treatment and case management for substance misuse, alongside supported access to relevant clinical and specialist provision across both substance misuse and sexual health pathways. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for an initial term of three (3) years. At the Council's sole discretion, the Contract may be extended for up to two further periods of three (3) years each, subject to satisfactory performance and ongoing service requirements. This would result in a maximum potential contract duration of nine (9) years. It is expected that the successful Tenderer will commence delivery of the Service from April 2027.

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of Aids for Daily Living to support independence in the home and facilitate timely discharge from hospital to home. It will cover a wide range of products including bathing aids (such as bath boards, shower chairs, grab rails), toileting aids including commodes (such as raised toilet seats, commode chairs), bedroom aids (such as bed rails, transfer aids), home aids (such as perching stools, kitchen aids), mobility aids (such as crutches, walking sticks, walking frames, rollators), spare parts for walking aids (such as ferrules, grips, wheels), paediatric equipment (such as standing aids and mobility supports), and a managed service element to support commissioning of Community Equipment Loan Services. East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EMAS) intends to establish a Dynamic Market for the provision of Taxi Support Services to East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust. Whilst EMAS undertakes the vast majority of journeys via in-house team, there is a need for extra demand in the system to cover NEPTS journeys for the Trust. The intention is to setup a Dynamic Market with separate lots, for taxi providers providing necessary service within that area. This will include transporting of patients to and from hospital for routine appointments, short term adhoc journeys, and other journeys may be required. The Dynamic Market is anticipated to begin from 01 April 2026 and run for 4 years until 31 March 2030, with suppliers being awarded into the following Lot Structure - Lot 1 covers NEPTS LINCOLNSHIRE Region (area to which East Midlands Ambulance Service currently provides this services). - Lot 2 covering NEPTS NORTHAMPTIONSHIRE region - Lot 3 covering NEPTS DERBYSHIRE region The establishment of the Dynamic Market is Stage 1 of the process, which will create the supplier list within each lot.
